Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Royalty Roleplay website at https://royalty.gg, our Discord server, our FiveM game server, and our store (the "Service"), operated by Royalty Roleplay LLC. By using the Service you agree to this policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to run the community, deliver purchases, and keep the Service safe:

• Discord account data. When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and (for the features that need it) your roles in our server. We do not receive your Discord password.
• Whitelist application data. The answers and agreements you submit when applying to the server.
• Purchase data. Payments are handled by our processor, Tebex. We receive transaction details (such as the package purchased, amount, currency, and a transaction ID) and your account identifiers so we can deliver your order. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details.
• Game account identifiers. To deliver in-game goods and grant roles, we process identifiers such as your Discord ID, FiveM/CFX ID, in-game license, and character IDs.
• Support & moderation records. Tickets, application decisions, and moderation actions associated with your account.
• Usage & device data. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, including via cookies and analytics (see below). Your IP may be used to determine your approximate region and appropriate currency at checkout.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service, including the website, Discord, and game server;
• To process purchases and deliver virtual goods, roles, and benefits to the correct account;
• To manage subscriptions, including renewals and cancellations;
• To review whitelist applications and provide support;
• To enforce our Terms and rules, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the community safe;
• To understand and improve how the Service is used.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand site usage; you can decline analytics through our cookie banner, and analytics cookies are not set unless you consent. Essential cookies required for login and security are always active.

4. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Discord - authentication and community features;
• Tebex - payment processing and checkout;
• Google Analytics - usage analytics (with consent);
• Our hosting and database providers - to store and serve the Service.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our community.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and keep records of purchases. Purchase and moderation records may be retained after an account is closed where we have a legitimate or legal reason to do so.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and payment details are handled by our PCI-compliant processor rather than by us. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices & Rights

You can log out at any time, cancel a subscription from your account page, and manage cookie preferences through our banner. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us via Discord; we may need to verify your identity (for example, that you control the Discord account) before acting on it.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service you consent to this transfer and processing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be announced in our Discord. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
