Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Royalty Roleplay website at https://royalty.gg, our Discord server, our FiveM game server, and any related services, content, and purchases (together, the "Service"), operated by Royalty Roleplay LLC("Royalty", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, joining our Discord, connecting to our game server, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may only make a purchase with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By making a purchase you represent that you meet these requirements and that any payment method you use is your own or that you are authorized to use it.

The Service requires a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V and the FiveM client, which are provided by third parties under their own terms. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining those.

2. The Service

Royalty Roleplay provides a roleplay community and game server, along with optional virtual goods, perks, and supporter memberships. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, content, items, servers, or the Service as a whole at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts, Whitelist & Access

Some features require you to sign in with Discord and/or pass our whitelist application. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others, share or sell your account, or use another person's account. Access to the game server is a revocable privilege, not a right, and may be granted or revoked at our discretion.

4. Rules of Conduct

Your use of the Service is subject to our server rules and any staff instructions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and may be updated at any time. We may investigate and take action - including content removal, warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary or permanent bans, and removal of roles or items - for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or the rules, is harmful to the community, or is otherwise inappropriate. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, harass others, or disrupt the Service.

5. Purchases & Virtual Goods

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Tebex, and are subject to Tebex's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

All items, currency (including in-game gems and tokens), perks, roles, priority queue, subscriptions, and other benefits available through the Service are virtual goods. You are purchasing a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Service - you do not own them. Virtual goods:

• have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash;
• cannot be sold, gifted, traded, or transferred outside the Service, except where we expressly permit it;
• may be modified, rebalanced, suspended, or removed at any time as we develop, maintain, or moderate the Service; and
• are delivered to your in-game account and require you to meet any conditions of delivery (for example, being able to receive an item, or connecting to the server to collect it).

You are responsible for providing the correct account information at checkout. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong account due to inaccurate information you provided.

6. No Refunds: All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because virtual goods are delivered immediately and consumed within the Service, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any purchase, in whole or in part, including for unused virtual goods, partially used subscription periods, items lost due to a ban or rule violation, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

This no-refund policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have that cannot legally be waived. Where we choose to grant a refund or credit in an individual case, it is done at our sole discretion, does not create any obligation to do so again, and does not waive this policy.

Chargebacks and payment disputes. If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute on a purchase, you authorize us to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service and revoke any items, currency, roles, or benefits associated with the purchase or your account. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for goods you received is a breach of these Terms.

7. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Supporter memberships are subscriptions that automatically renew at the then-current price and interval (for example, monthly) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and Tebex to charge your payment method on each renewal. You may cancel at any time from your account page or through Tebex; your benefits continue until the end of the current paid period and are not prorated or refunded. We may change subscription pricing or benefits prospectively; material changes will take effect on your next renewal. If a renewal payment fails or a subscription ends, the associated roles and benefits are removed.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or the rules, or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any virtual goods immediately ceases, and you are not entitled to any refund. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

The Royalty Roleplay name, logo, website, custom scripts, assets, and original content are owned by Royalty Roleplay LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our permission. Grand Theft Auto V and related marks are the property of Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive; FiveM is a product of Cfx.re. Royalty Roleplay is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any items or data will be preserved. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royalty Roleplay LLC and its staff, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, items, currency, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royalty Roleplay LLC and its staff from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be announced in our Discord. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for any dispute that is not subject to informal resolution.
